Building an automated fraud prevention solution to address a sharp rise in Subscription Fraud at a Tier 1 CSP.

  • Project involved establishing real-time connectivity between Order Management systems, Credit Vetting vendors, Courier company, Finance Department and Inventory Management system. The solution automatically blocks 80% of the fraudulent applications and sends the rest of the potential fraud cases to the fraud department for manual investigation.

Reconciling customer billed products against customer network provisions for the entire post-paid base of a large Mobile CSP.

We also assured that the productionized solution is fully in line with the contractional obligations of the CSP/MVNO and national regulator. We take pride in the fact that this $500 million + project run for without a single billing dispute largely due to our proactive billing controls and independent Mock bill service.

Our preferred platforms to use are: Big Data environment ( Hadoop, Cloudera, Oracle) in combination with visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Qlikview ) and ML platform(Rapidminer, H2O, TIBCO)
